Recital

As a cast member your child will be required to participate on our end of the year recital program. A costume fee will be charged to your account. Costume fees can be around $60.00 or more. Payment plan will be available; however your costume will not be order until full payment is received.

Competition Team

Your child may be invited to participate in our competition team. Additional fees are associated with the team. (Example of those fees can be entry fees, costume fees, choreography, monthly tuition fees, etc…)
Membership on the competition team is voluntary, however once your child commits to the team he or she will be required to stay for the entire competition season. All parents are expected to volunteer and help with fundraising events.

Withdrawals

You may withdraw from classes with a 30 day written notice. We must receive it in our office as soon as possible in order for your account not to be charged the next month’s tuition. Verbal or phone cancellations will not be accepted. RETURN STUDENT AFTER 30 ABSENCES WILL BE CHARGE A NEW REGISTRATION FEE.

Attendance & Payment policy

There is no credit or refund given for missed classes, but make-up classes can be arranged with the office within one month of the missed class. We are not required as a studio to provide make up classes for un-excuse absences or holiday. Your
tuition pays for your classroom spot.

Student Placement (see school regulation form) All new students are always required to
have an evaluation perform by one of our instructors to determine, ability, potential, and the placement of a class.

We want all of our students to have the opportunity to receive proper instruction and
to excel. Their safety and security is 3’N Motion’s top priority. All student abilities and
respective classes will be assessed and assigned by a 3’N Motion director.
